Your price is fixed, includes VAT, and covers everything needed to leave you with a working system. If your home needs something extra, you see it, and its price, before you book.

We work street by street, and we’re working on yours. Every home on the street has had a leaflet. Why did I get a leaflet? explains more.
How do you know my price without visiting?
Before a leaflet goes out, we look at each home: public information about the building, such as its energy performance certificate, and the outside of the house in the street-level and aerial images anyone can see online. That’s enough to price most homes. Where it isn’t, we say so and arrange a look.
Where’s my code?
It’s the nine characters printed under the QR code on your leaflet, in three groups of three. Scan the QR code, or type the code on our home page. Letters that look alike, such as O and 0, are fine either way.
How long does my price last?
Fourteen days from when your leaflet arrived. Your price page shows the exact date.
Is the price really fixed?
Yes. It includes VAT and stands for 14 days. If you change your choices on your price page, such as a different room or a second unit, you see the new price straight away, before you commit to anything.
What does the price include?
The units, the fitting, pipework, drainage, connecting the system to your electrics, commissioning, and the noise calculation for your neighbours. Our prices has the full list.
