How it works

We price every home on a street before a leaflet goes out, so your price arrives with it. You choose where you’d like air conditioning, book a date, and we fit it.

1. We look at every home on the street

Before a leaflet goes out, we look at each home on the street: public information about the building, such as its energy performance certificate, and the outside of the house in the street-level and aerial images anyone can see online. We don’t come onto your property to do it.

From that we work out where air conditioning could go in your home, where the outdoor unit could sit, and what fitting it would involve.

2. Your leaflet brings your price

Your leaflet carries a fixed price for air conditioning in one room, and a code. Scan the QR code, or enter the code on our website, to open your own price page. The price includes VAT and stands for 14 days from when the leaflet arrives.

If we couldn’t be sure about your home from the outside, your leaflet won’t have a price on it. Get in touch and we’ll arrange a look.

3. Choose your rooms

On your price page, pick the floor plan that looks most like your home, then tap where you’d like a unit. You can have up to three indoor units running from one outdoor unit. We suggest a size for each room, and you choose where the outdoor unit goes from the places that work for your home. The price updates as you choose.

4. Book

When you’re happy with your choices, book a date for the installation.

5. Installation day

Qualified engineers fit the indoor unit, the outdoor unit and the pipework between them, connect everything, and test the system. A single room is usually done in a day. What happens on installation day goes through it step by step.

6. Handover

Before we leave, we show you how to use your system, and you get its paperwork, including the noise calculation for your neighbours.

When we’d need to take a look

Some things can’t be judged from outside: a wall we can’t see, or an unusual layout. When that happens, your price page tells you before you book, and we arrange a visit before anything is agreed. Where the only spot for the outdoor unit is close to the noise limit, we book the work and measure on the day: if it doesn’t meet the limit, we move it or take it out, and you pay nothing.

Why street by street

Working one street at a time means less travel, less time between jobs and no sales visits. That’s what lets us put a fixed price on the leaflet.
