Website terms

The terms for using this website. They don’t cover buying from us; those terms come with your booking.

About these terms

This website is run by B-Cool Ltd, company number 17440061, of 75 Eaton Square, London, England, SW1W 9AW. You can reach us at hello@b-cool.co.uk or 020 3051 7753.

By using the website, you accept these terms. They cover the website only. If you book work with us, the booking terms apply to that — they are what you accept at checkout, and where anything here conflicts with them, they win.

We may change these terms. The version on this page is the one that applies.

The guides

Our guides explain air conditioning in general terms. Every home is different, so they aren’t advice about your particular home, and rules differ between England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland. Check anything important with a qualified professional or the relevant authority before you rely on it.

Prices

We only give prices on our leaflets and on the price pages they link to. A price applies to the home it was worked out for, for the period shown. Prices anywhere else on this website are examples, not offers.

Using the website

You’re welcome to read, print and share pages for your own use. Please don’t copy our content to use elsewhere, interfere with how the website works, collect data from it automatically, or try to reach parts of it that aren’t public.

The words, pictures, drawings and code on this website are ours.

Booking on the website

Booking is for people aged 18 or over, and for someone who owns the home or has the owner’s permission.

Our responsibility

We work to keep the website accurate and available, but we can’t promise it will always be either, and we may change or withdraw any part of it.

Nothing in these terms limits our responsibility where the law doesn’t allow it to be limited — including for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for your rights as a consumer.

Privacy

See our privacy notice and cookie policy.

Law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
