What we use

We don’t use advertising cookies, and we don’t use cookies to follow you around other websites. Reading our guides and other pages doesn’t place any cookies on your device.

There are three, and all of them are strictly necessary:

• bcool_q_… — if you give us your details on your price page, this remembers, on that device, that you’ve done so, and stops the page asking again. It holds nothing about you.
• bcool_booking — if you book an installation, this lets you open your booking again without hunting for the confirmation email. It holds the reference for that booking and nothing about you, and you can reach the same page from the link in your email on any device.
• bcool_admin — our own staff sign in to parts of the site that aren’t public. This is that sign-in, and it’s only ever set for staff.

Why we don’t ask you to accept them

Cookies that are strictly necessary for a service you asked for don’t need your consent, and those are the only ones we set. That’s why there’s no cookie banner on this site and no preferences to set: there’s nothing here to switch off.

You can still block or delete cookies in your browser — look in its help menu. If you block these, your price page will ask for your details again on each visit, and your booking link will only open from your confirmation email.

What we don’t use

No analytics cookies, no advertising or retargeting cookies, no social media cookies, no tracking pixels or web beacons in our emails, and nothing belonging to anyone but us.

If we ever add anything that needs your consent, we’ll ask you first, and update this page before we do.
