Why did I get a leaflet?

We work street by street

Rather than wait for enquiries, we work one street at a time. Every home on your street has had a leaflet, and most carry a price worked out for that home.

How we worked out your price

We looked at public information about your home, such as its energy performance certificate, and at the outside of the house in the street-level and aerial images anyone can see online. We didn’t come onto your property. From that we worked out where air conditioning could go, and what fitting it would involve.

Your price is based on your home, not on who lives there.

Using your code

Your code is the nine characters printed under the QR code, in three groups of three. Scan the QR code with your phone’s camera, or type the code into the box on this page. Letters that look alike, such as O and 0, are fine either way.

Your price

It’s fixed, it includes VAT, and it stands for 14 days from when your leaflet arrived. How it works explains what happens next.
