Our prices
Every price we give is fixed and includes VAT. It covers the equipment, the fitting and everything needed to leave you with a working system.
Fixed prices
The price on your leaflet, and on your price page, is fixed for what it describes, and it includes VAT. It stands for 14 days from when your leaflet arrives; your price page shows the date.
If you change your choices on your price page, such as a different room or a second unit, you see the new price straight away, before you commit to anything.
What’s included
- The indoor unit or units, and the outdoor unit
- Fitting by qualified engineers
- Refrigerant pipework, cable and drain, with covers where they run along the outside of the house
- A wall bracket or ground stand for the outdoor unit
- Connecting the system to your electrics
- Pressure testing, vacuuming and commissioning
- Showing you how to use it, and the paperwork for your system
What changes a price
Every home is different, so prices differ between homes, even on the same street.
| What | Why it matters |
|---|---|
| How many indoor units | More units take more equipment and time, and two or three need a larger outdoor unit |
| The size of each unit | Larger units cost more |
| Where the indoor units go | Longer pipe runs and extra walls take more time and materials |
| Where the outdoor unit goes | A first-floor position can need a platform or tower to work safely |
| Drainage | Some positions need a small pump to carry water away |
Extras
A few things are priced as extras because only some homes need them. The most common is a solid screen beside the outdoor unit, where one is needed to keep the noise down for next door. If your home needs an extra, your price page shows it, with its price, before you book.
When we need to take a look
If something about your home can’t be judged from outside, your price page shows an estimate instead of a fixed price, and we arrange a visit. You’ll have a fixed price before you agree to anything.
